Blue Lightning Internet's Internet hosting business has become part of Gradwell dot com Limited.

Gradwell dot com Ltd. is a long established and well respected Internet Service Provider for business, operating for over ten years with over 9,500 clients.

We are working closely together to migrate your web and e-mail hosting services as seamlessly as possible as will be transferring all your existing files and databases. We will keep you informed of any specific details you need to know. Your current price plans will be unchanged until renewal, or for at least twelve months (whichever is sooner).

We are executing as swift and trouble free a migration as possible. However you may experience some limited disruption to your service during the week commencing 3rd August 2009. We thank you for your patience and understanding during the migration process.

In due course, you will receive information for the Gradwell customer portal, from where you will be able to self-manage your account. The Gradwell support team will of course be happy to assist when necessary. A Gradwell colleague will also be in touch by telephone over the next couple of weeks to introduce themselves and find out more about your company and how you can best use the services.

If you have any outstanding invoices from Blue Lightning Internet, they remain due for payment. You will however not receive any new invoices from Blue Lightning Internet; all future invoices will be raised by Gradwell dot com Ltd. Please settle outstanding Blue Lightning invoices by cheque and send payment to the address shown at the top of the invoice. For a list of outstanding invoices on your account please e-mail transfer@bluelightninginternet.com.
